• Time: Will be based on event time and end

Focus of work:

• Creating media assets in photo and video for AIM, Austin Marathon, and a short film project for the Austin Marathon to promote the marathon and the running culture in Austin.

• Austin Marathon ($1,600)

• Austin Marathon Short Film ($2,100)

  • Creating a 2-3min video in promoting not only the Austin Marathon but what it means to the community and the running culture Austin has that is not unlike any other city.

  • Creating a 30 second trailer to promote.

  • Interviewing specific people on the Austin Running community

    • Jack Murray, Wendy Wheless, Mike Thompson, PJ Thompson, etc

  • Gathering b-roll of different run clubs from ones that have been around the longest to some new ones to be a part of this video

    • Fleet feet Austin, Morning Joe’s, Comedor Run Club, Good Grief Run Club, etc

  • Will involve multiple days of shooting to gather all the footage and scheduling the interviews

EXPECTATIONS

• Deposit is paid before production day for each deliverable

• All contract of services agreements are sign between both parties

• CKIM Creatives is to provide everything in deliverables
